2. Q-Coin Usage

Our service operates on a digital token system using "Q-Coins". Users are solely responsible for their Q-Coin usage. Generating an AI audit report irreversibly consumes one Q-Coin. We are not liable for accidental uploads or improperly formatted data resulting in consumed Q-Coins. All Q-Coin purchases are non-refundable.

3. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from the use of our platform shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Andhra Pradesh, India.
