At quantumtools.in, we take your privacy and data security seriously. This policy outlines how we handle your personal information and e-commerce data.

1. Data Security & Architecture

Raw CSV files are processed locally in your browser. We DO NOT upload or store your raw sales data on our servers. Only a minified, anonymized text summary is sent to our secure AI provider to generate insights.

Once the AI generates the actionable report, the report itself is securely stored in your personal dashboard. Your original raw data is never exposed or saved.

2. Third-Party Services

We use Firebase for secure authentication and database management. For subscription and credit purchases, we use Razorpay for secure payment processing. We do not process or store credit card details or sensitive payment information on our servers.

3. Google API Services User Data Policy

Quantum Tools uses Google's Application Programming Interface (API) Services to enable user authentication (Google Sign-In). Quantum Tools' use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Specifically, we collect your email address, name, and profile picture solely for the purpose of creating and authenticating your account. We securely store this data using industry-standard encryption. We do not use this data for training generalized AI models, and we strictly do not sell or share your Google user data with any third parties.
